I am a qualified and experienced pelvic health physiotherapist dedicated to helping you restore your health, function, and sense of well-being. I have supported many patients in navigating pelvic health concerns with care, clarity, and effective treatment.

My approach is holistic and rooted in understanding the whole person, not just the symptoms. I take the time to listen, assess thoroughly, and develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and goals. My focus is on providing practical, evidence-based solutions that help you feel stronger, more comfortable, and more in control of your body.

If you are ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out and learn how my personalized approach can support your recovery and help you feel like yourself again.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from York University in Toronto, and went on to complete my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Touro College in New York City. I began my career in sports orthopedics, where I developed a strong foundation in movement and rehabilitation. I later discovered a passion for pelvic health and pursued advanced training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. I am also a Level 2 trained provider in the Hypopressives Technique.

4. What actually happens during a session?

You’ll leave with a clear plan and simple, practical steps to start feeling better.
