Here to Help

I am a qualified and experienced pelvic health professional who has been helping patients regain their health and wellness. I use a hollisitic, whole-body approach and an individualized treatmentment plan to solve my patients' health problems. Contact me today to learn how my unique services can help make you feel like yourself once more.

I studied Biology at York University in Toronto to receive a Bachelors of Science degree and from there, moved to New York City to achieve a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College (and decided to stay for good!). My career started in Sports Orthopedics but soon I found my love and passion in helping others restore their pelvic health. I was trained in Pelvic Health by Herman and Wallace Rehabilitation Institute and also qualified as a Level 2 trainer for the Hypopressives Technique.
